If you’ve made the mistake of buying a ford to begin with, your terrible decision will only get worse when you bring it to these actual morons for anything resembling service. 5 appointments, 5 “wrong parts” 5 wasted trips and some scratched up tint on the window they weren’t even working on.
My experience with my Ford was horrible. They took a brand-new car, spent the summer peeling out, doing doughnuts, and roasting the tires, then sold it to me as a “new” car. I’ve had it in the shop half a dozen times and they still can’t figure out how to fix it, refused to honor their lemon law obligations, and then had the nerve to claim that the issues, which I started to experience less than 50 mile after purchase, were somehow my fault.
