The fuel injectors have repeatedly gone out, and the service department at Harper Ford has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. Despite bringing the truck in for service over TEN times, they refuse to take responsibility and provide any assistance. This issue not only caused inconvenience but also put my family’s safety at risk, especially when my pregnant wife was driving the truck and it broke down on the highway.

Worst Ford in the U.S.

We have been dealing with them for over a year now and they are never able to fix our problems the first time around. Last year we had to go in 3 to 4 times because they kept on saying “we fixed the issue” and within 15 minutes had to turn around because the same issue was still occurring. It’s crazy how this facility is even Ford certified. DO NOT GO HERE. There is no point in buying Ford when these losers are the only ones who claim they can work on your car when they can’t.

Total radio silence.

8 weeks ago I dropped my 2023 F150 Lightning off at Harper’s to have a moonroof leak fixed. The experience has been terrible. Service staff has not returned calls and refused to update me on the status of the repairs.

Inaccurate parts information.

The problem was that I was trying to get the alternator on my Ford replaced but Marco was more worried about selling me a $780 alternator instead of providing good customer service. I kept asking for the correct information to make my own research and find the correct alternator at a nearby auto store. He gave me the wrong part information which led to me buying the wrong alternator. That part obviously didn’t fit I was told by Marco that I would be charged twice for labor

Unless you want them to joy ride around in your vehicle I suggest not taking any vehicle here for repairs. This is why we chose to drive 5 hours to another Ford dealer to purchase..
